Currently, the services provided by CSL Medical Solutions Limited fall outside the scope of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated activities under the Health and Social Care Act 2008. However, we are in the process of applying for CQC registration to ensure our services meet the highest regulatory standards.

Q4. How do you ensure patient safety and professional standards without CQC registration?

While our CQC registration is in progress, all services are delivered by appropriately trained personnel operating within clearly defined clinical boundaries. Our operations are supported by internal governance structures, event-specific risk assessments, and formal incident reporting procedures to ensure safety, accountability, and professional standards at all times.

Our personnel include GMC-registered doctors, NMC-registered nurses, HCPC-registered allied health professionals, paramedics, Advanced Ambulance Practitioners (AAP), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Event Care Assistants (ECA), and FREC-certified staff, all operating within their individual scope of practice and supported by ongoing training, competency refreshers, and background checks.

No. CSL Medical Solutions Limited does not provide ambulance services or patient transport. Where escalation is required, emergency services are contacted in accordance with agreed escalation protocols..
